Hello amazing vendors!

 Below is some important information about the Expo. Please read. Vendor Fees Nonrefundable.

BEFORE PROCEDDING YOU MUST GET VENDOR INSURANCE TO PARTICIPATE.

YOUR BOOTH

  • you will be given a 10x10 space on a concrete or hardsurface to set up your pop up tent along our parking lot and outdoor spaces.

  • please supply your own: table, chairs, Vendor materials, Pop-ups, weights for tent etc.

Electricity

  • electricity is available at at additional $25 charge. We recommend that you bring power strips and/or extension cords to move electricity to the desired location of your booth. May effect Booth placement.

Wireless Internet

  • Is available, but limited.

Vendor SET UP days & times

  • Saturday Morning Gates open at 8:00 am. please enter the tasting room and you will be given your assigned space.

  • Vendor Break-Down and Load Out – Tear down no earlier than 5:00pm.

PARKING

Ample parking is available. We ask you to please follow the below insturctions

1) COme into the tasting room and Locate your spot and Unload all your materials.

2) Move – immediately move your car to one of the designated vendor parking lots.

FOOD

  • FOOD & DRINK for VENDORS. Please remember that you will be arriving at the faire in the morning and will not leave until after 4pm. You will get hungry while at the event, so please remember to eat a good breakfast and to bring along something to eat for your lunch. CCW does not provide breakfast or lunch. and of course food vendors will be present at the event.

Booth Sharing

  • For a variety of reasons, we do not allow booth sharing, except in rare cases. Any sharing must be pre-approved in writing by CCW. This includes sharing your booth with another unregistered vendor or representing a business not listed on your registration. Failing to comply can result in expulsion from the event with no refund and we will charge an inconvenience fee of $50 each for all added vendors.

BATHROOMS & TRASH CANS will be provided.

PLEASE SHOW COURTESY TO YOUR FELLOW VENDORS.

Please remember that the CCW cannot be responsible for any items brought in for the market. This is why we require, in our registration form, that all vendors carry their own insurance policies for their protection. Problems or Questions.
