Wine Club Policies

 

SHIPPING POLICIES

  • All shipments require adult signature (over 21 years of age).

  • Our method of shipping is UPS, members who would like their wines to be shipped with a different carrier (FedEx or GSL) must notify our Wine Club Supervisor within 2 weeks prior their shipping date.

  • All wine that is for pick up, will be shipped 30 days after release date unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • If weather is unfavorable for shipping (extreme heat or cold), we will hold your order until the weather is suitable for shipping. We will be sure to contact you with an updated and when to expect your shipment if this occurs. BILLING POLICIES

  • Upon sign up you will fill out general information along with credit card information. You are authorizing Cottonwood Canyon Winery to charge your card for the cost of your selection which may include any applicable taxes and shipping fees at the time of processing each shipment. Members are responsible to keep this information current.

  • Sales tax is charged and remitted according to the rates of the State of the order’s receipt.

  • Cottonwood Canyon Winery Wine Club is ongoing, members may cancel at any time after the first year of membership free of charge. Cancellation before yearly obligation will incur in a $75 fee. Cancel Here.
